Returns Policy
Ammunition, Primers and Smokeless Powder: These items may not be returned by customers. Please Contact Us if there are any issues with these products, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Defective Items/Wrong Items Shipped: In the event defective or incorrect merchandise was received, you may return the items (except as previously noted) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs for incorrect/defective items.
Please note, "incorrect" items are defined as items other than the item you ordered. If you ordered the wrong item, we will accept returns with a Return Authorization. Return shipping for these returns will be at your expense, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Please Contact Us for a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping label prior to returning any items.
You can expect your refund to be issued as soon as the return item is received in our warehouse (usually 5 to 7 business days, depending on shipping mode).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Ammunition and reloading supplies (Primer, Powder) are limited to UPS ground shipping within the lower 47 states. (Now shipping to CA).
It is your responsibility to know your local/state laws regarding restrictions on ammunition purchases, etc. Additional information can be found here (Shipping Restrictions). If you are in a locality that requires additional paperwork to process your order, we will reach out to you to provide the required documents. We now ship ammunition and components to CA.
